By downloading or using Ultimate Notch (“the App”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Gamify Tech Solutions grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Mac App Store Terms of Service.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, rent, lease, or sell the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
The App may request macOS permissions (camera, automation, notifications) to provide specific features. You may decline or revoke them at any time; only the related feature is affected.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamify Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
